If you are in need of a training plan, but don't feel the need to meet with a coach regularly, this is a great option. We will meet via FaceTime or Zoom for an initial 30-minute call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, routine and running style. I will use this information to formulate a 12-week training plan for you. You still have the option to purchase additional time with me or upgrade your services if you feel the need for more interaction. The training plan only option costs $85.
