I am a Level 1 Certified Running Coach through RRCA (Road Runners Club of America). My passion is endurance running and growing runners to their full potential. My goal in coaching is to push my athletes to enhance their running abilities while also avoiding injuries and maintaining work/life balance.
I offer multiple options for coaching services, however, I do have some requirements for my athletes in order for us to have an effective coaching relationship. I ask my athletes to utilize technology to allow me to evaluate their data and plan their training. This includes (but is not limited to):
A Smart Watch
A Smart Phone (iPhone, Android, etc)
Use of Strava for run data
Monthly coaching via Zoom or FaceTime (one per week). Customized training plan and data review.
Development of a 12 week training plan based on Athlete's needs. Includes a 30-minute call.
